Booking the band

If you have received a quoatation from Groove Tube and
want to book the band for your event, you will need to send
a deposit and complete a booking form.
Payment details for the deposit will be sent with the
quotation (we accept bank transfer, PayM/PingIt, or cheque).
The booking form can be downloaded here.
You can send the completed booking form to us either by
scanning and emailing, or through the post. When we
receive it we will return a countersigned copy to you.
There are various options on the booking form, such as
background jazz to start your event, larger or smaller sound
rigs for different types of venues, and a disco service. If you
want to discuss these please contact us.
